Stevenson Motorsports just announced that Lawson Aschenbach will be Matt Bell's co-driver in the #9 Z28.R this year, replacing Andy Lally. CKS Autosport closed up a couple of months ago and sold their Z28.Rs to Mantella Motorsports, who will compete with them in the CTSCC. So there will still be at least 4 Z28.Rs in the CTSCC this season. Congrats to Lawson. A cool guy and always has time for us fans.

We agree Mark. He was always very friendly and out going, answering all of our questions and telling how much he enjoyed driving the Camaros. A great pick up for Stevenson.

Its's A Shame!
Patty and I stopped for some fine dining at Ponderosa today and look what we parked next to! Making matters worse the back seat area was filled with empty buckets and construction tools. Is this a Corvette Workhorse?

Time to start planning
Well, it's getting to be that time of year. Time for you slugs to wake your asses up from hibernation and start thinking about some plans. Unfortunately for this year, the GM and Camaro Nationals have backed their events up to the last weekend in June, rather than the 3rd week like it has been the past several years. This puts it in direct conflict with the Watkins Glen IMSA race. Our participation for either event last year was at best-pathetic. I'm going to try to set up the Watkins Corral again if there's any interest. Andy is going to Frederick again this year and I have a room booked just in case I go that direction.
