Today we were giving Andro's car a good once over to nut and bolt it and make sure all was well after he had the chance to put some miles on it. While we were in the process we decided to change pulleys from a 5.0 to a 4.75 and give her a go. The results were good and bad.

The good was that the car ripped off a 46 rwhp / 49 rwtq gain.

The bad was that we ran out of injector at 6200 rpm.

Fuel pressure was rock solid but we are demanding alot out of the 85lb injectors with the E85. So she is back out with Andro tearing up the Las Vegas streets. Here is his run from today:

How much boost with the smaller pulley?
How close did you come to detonating your engine when it went lean
after the injectors maxxed out?

With all that power, now comes the expensive part of building drivetrain, suspension, and rubber to get it to the ground!!
That's what I'm now trying to do after my Vortech install. My 60' times dropped by .5 sec to a 2.6 after the SC install cause I can't get it hooked up. But my trap speed is 126 mph.
If I can get the 60' to 1.7, I should be doing 11.1 or better at 130+!!!

Good news is I have til Apr or so to get it done before race season.

Wth the smaller pulley she made 12lbs of boost and no where close to detonation, she's back on the street and drives like a wicked girl.Lol.
