Am I right in that a bank only loans on the base car specs? So NADA for a 2010 SS w/ 12.5k miles, standard options, and in great shape is 31k?

Just finished paying off my mustang and SUV. Now the wife is wanting a camaro. I've been watching on here for a good while verses going to a dealership.

Most cars for sale here are priced too high and the owners want too much for their investment in mods.

IMO This is one of the very few instances where the mods actually do ADD value to the car.
