Anyone interested in taking over a lease on a 2013 SS 1LE?

So i've hit a few unexpected problems, such is life, but before i have to pay my dealership to take in the car early i figured i would post up about it here.

So I have lease on a 2013 Camaro SS 1LE that ends in July of 2016, the payment is $499 through Ally financial, I will pay the lease transfer fees.

Ok, so, the car, It is a Victory Red 1LE, 1SS with NPP, BA sound system, just under 3500 miles, no dings or damage, plenty of tire left on all 4 corners. Aftermarket i have put a CAI intake on, black lugs, heritage grille, windows are tinted, and i have converted it to have its own clutch fluid reservoir, it also has 3M paint protection film over the entire front and the gill areas, bow ties are removed and the trim rings around the tail lights are blacked out. All in all i have about $1500-2000 in extras added.

The pic isnt super current cause its in the garage and the weather sucks her in MI right now

PM here or feel free to call

How much more do you owe on the car? I know it paid off in 2016 but I would like the actual mount owed. Please and thank you

It's a lease. It will have a buy out at the end of lease

I understand that, but what is the actual amount you owe on the car. I might just pay it off in full.

I could be wrong but leases do not work like that. Is no payoff as there is no equity in the car. It's just a long term rent for the most part. The option to buy at the end is based on the vehicles book value and not the lease payments paid. That is what I gathered from people I know that have leased

Generally, paying off a lease early is not an option.

The big question is what is the residual?
