Option A.) Use a "bug & tar" remover, allowing it to sit on the mark(s) long enough to dissolve the residue.

Option B.) Buy a clay bar kit, clay the affected area(s) and finish by waxing/polishing the affected area(s). *You don't have to wax/polish the entire car at this time*

Using either method, I'd still apply a wax/polish to the area(s). And it won't take alot of time. Either you spend an hour or two correcting it, or risk it creating more headaches.

Ok Goo b Gone gets rid of them, but its a major pain in the butt to get them out haha and I still need to go back and get the ones that didn't go away completely and the ones that were missed. It is really hard to tell if the spot is gone until after the car is washed and dried bc the oiliness of the goo b gone covers it up.
