Opticoat 2 and wax removal
Anyone else think the stuff strips wax off? I'm using the new stuff that is supposed to have wax in it but I find after one or 2 washes with it, I need to rewax. Good news is that this wax that CD7 recommended, BFWD, is holding up to it better than any other wax I've tried.

After being Opti Coated you are not supposed to need to wax any more. Actually putting wax on the Opti coat does not work to well.

This post doesn't make any sense. I think you have some product names confused.

It's the labeled concentration. I think it's 1/2 oz./gallon H2O. The BFWD is holding up much better so I think it was a weaker wax that I used to use.
