BMR subframe connectors are in, as well as a BMR front driveshaft loop. Passport Qi45 radar detector being installed. I figured since the nose was off, it was a good time to mount the antenna...

I think I need a little more bass for the Boston Acoustics stereo. Adding a JL Stealthbox in the trunk and a JL 500/1v2 amp to drive it. I'll be mounting the amp in an enclosure from ********.

Stealthbox from JL Audio is installed, Need to finish a few mounting issues with the amp... DRL mod is done! (finally!). The halo rings are on day or night, as long as the ignition is on... EXCEPT when the HID fogs are on. Chevrolet should have done it this way.

Well, I made to Valdosta for CamaroFest. Averaged 72 miles an hour, and 29.4 MPG!! This is according to the trip computer in the car.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to run the car on the strip at Camaro5 fest. The car runs fine until you drive it hard. Then, here comes the misfire codes (flashing check engine light, and codes set). I ran into my good friends at Lingenfelter and Graham was nice enough to look at my tune. The car had been tuned by a guy named Justin at a shop in Florida. Well, the tune was junk! Long term fuel trims turned off, and few other amateur attempts to make the car run. So, the stock injectors have been sent off to be resized (the car presently has Ford GT500 injectors in it, another bad judgement call by the morons in Florida that installed the kit). Then, I'll fix the tune with EFI Live (probably with some help from Graham). More to come...

While I am waiting for my injectors to get here, I thought add a little extra trunk lighting. I had these CCFL parts lying around from an old jukebox and thought I'd use them. Now when I open the trunk, I can see!!!

Got the injectors back and installed. I'm also installing the TechAFX hose relocation kit for the fuel and heater hoses. The injector and fuel rail part was a breeze. The TechAFX instructions say to remove the intake manifold to do the fuel rail swap, but that wasn't necessary. It only took about 30 minutes for the fuel part. The heater hoses get changed tomorrow along with the thermostat. I'll post up some pics then.

BMR 2 point strut tower brace is in. A few mistakes in BMR's instructions, but nothing major. They say to use two 1/2 inch wrenches to tighten the four bolts on each side, but you really need a 1/2 and 9/16 wrenches. Also, when you tighten the big jam nut the instructions say to use a 1/2 inch (really need a 9/16) socket wrapped with tape on an acorn nut to keep the mounting plate from turning. This doesn't work very well. I wedged a medium pry bar between one of the acorn nuts and the mounting plate to hold it.
