She's finally home
What a car. It's all the good stuff you've heard about and more. Well worth the wait. So many features and SO many horses. This car is VERY strong. I'll take more pics when I get my graphics added.

I already posted this but since this is the "OFFICIAL" thread- I figure I should put it here too
"SUNSHINESS* '1SS is finally here and we are home safe and sound...my dealership, Youman's Chevrolet in Macon- just flat out ROCKED...best buying experience barnone EVAR. The car is AMAZING plus wow times OMG.....! I will be taking some much better shots at the beach this weekend. - Date of Delivery - 6/10/09 - Dealership/City - Youman's Chevrolet in Macon, GA - Model/Trim/Options- 1SS with Sunroof - Photo of car and/or Owner- working on one of me & the car that my mom took earlier today....could possibly post...

This car is Amazing  and worth the wait!!!... don't get impatient and buy a mustang or challenger! Surprisingly soft clutch on a 6 manual, like Honda Civic soft. YAHOO!

recieved mine,june 8th.Dealer was awesome!!!Out the door I paid 32,000...Tax,title,del..etc!!Dealer was offered 37,000 cash from a wholesaler.Dealer also told me I can turn around and sell it for 40-45,000(I could'nt sell my baby at any price!!)Black on Black 1 SS #1955.Everything perfect,no problems at all so far.As of today there are 200 miles on it.Hats off to all the people at GM.MY greatfullness to JOE FIRMENT CHEVY in Lorain,Ohio....RT 57...Cannot tell you enough,YOU ROCK!!!!!

I guess it's my turn....
Well, there was a slight delay, but here are the pics of my NEW BABY!
She still doesn't have a name , but she will soon. Delivered: 6-2-2009 Dealership: Findlay Chevrolet, Las Vegas 2SS/RS CGM Manual V6 There will be before and after pics with and without tinted windows. They are tinted at 20%, considering tinting the windshield at 35%, later on. The last ones are after her wash. As far as performance and all of that good stuff....just like everyone says, and then some. She has 700+ miles so far, and I won't be opening her up until around 1000 miles. Took to her to Cali for the weekend and worked all the gears to break 'em in. I could go on and on, but it's all repetitive....and true! I hope there is enough pics for you guys Anyone have questions, let me know. |

Amazing how much different things look in real life then they do in pics. All to the better.
Will post better pics next weekend after painted stripes and window tint is done. I will tell you now MY DEALER is NOT an idiot they have been as helpful and informative as one could expect.  Area 51 for 34 days and has some sap spots or something that I will have to get cleaned up. Area 51 problem is all that caused them. Car is the bomb.

2nd One Finally Arrived!
Well, I was one of the unfortunate ones who had the RS package dropped from the order. The first Camaro arrived in the first week of May and I refused it because of the issue. However, I am happy to report that the correct Camaro arrived yesterday and I picked it up today! I will post pics later.
