So my 2013 2LT RS (V6 LFX) has the NPP: Dual Mode Exhaust on the invoice (haven't gotten the car yet to inspect it myself.)
Can I not do the same? If so, will it change my sound/performance? Pic of my invoice for non-believers

It'll change the sound, which sounds amazing! Congrats on your purchase!

I just pulled the fuse on mine and it really sounds mean. Just another reason I get pissed off looks from Prius drivers. Thanks.

Tried this today, great write up! I only went as far as removing the lower threaded fastener though, then pulled the liner up instead of taking out all the cargo net clips and the upper rivit to pull the liner down. Took less than 5 minutes... closer to 2 really.

so i did this pull the other day and threw a code today. anyone else have this happen? on star says the code is related to an intake issue... looking for thoughts or other experiences. hoping not related. since the code there is noticeable power loss....

Nothing to do with the fuse pull, many have it pulled and have had no codes.
