All of my friends have all had BMW's and Mercedes' but i wanted to be a little different. It was my first car and i had a choice the 2011 Camaro 2SS/RS Victory Red or the Mercedes-Benz E350 Coupe. It was a tough choice but I feel like I made the right choice with the Chevy and honestly don't regret a thing. Just to clarify a few things yes, I am 18 years old and yes I bought this car when i was 16. I BOUGHT THIS CAR AT 16. Just before anyone judges me and says you don't deserve it and you're a spoiled little brat and what not be a little more gentle and here my story. It's a build might as well spill everything out. I had to leave high school at 15 because my father had developed cancer and couldn't work for a while. So I left school to get a full-time job to support the family. My sister stayed in school and continued her part-time job and my mother barely worked because she really couldn't. So long story short, I worked my ass off for a year, got the money for the down payment, and now i pay the monthly payments and insurance every month. My father got better and is now in remission(Thank God). And now he's battling everyday for another day. So i guess hard work really does pay off, who knew . Well back to the reason why I'm here, my 2SS/RS. I picked her up January 27, 2011 and ever since then I am in love with it. I really enjoy cars so Having her and realizing you could learn so much by having your own is incredible. As you can tell I got her fully stock and just had to change that. The next thing I did was get my stripes on . I did this 3 weeks after I got my car so she wasn't naked for long I later got my tints and it just drastically changed the look of my car. Then I did probably my most favorite mod on my car and all Camaros out there, I got Ground Effects, Gm Ground Effects Then I was introduced to a world of Plasti-Dip by one of my close friends and fell in love with it INSTANTLY!!! I did my tail light bezels, my lettering on the sides, and i gave her the ZL1 look that I absolutely must have on my car. I also bought the Fading Gills, I forgot where I ordered them from, sorry. Then I wasn't extremely happy with the sound of my car I mean ya I had a 6.2 V8 but it wasn't right. So I decided to go with Magnaflow. I got the Magnaflow 10791 Tru - X Stainless Steel 2.5" Exhaust Pipe and the Magnaflow 16482 Stainless Cat-Back System I took off the resonator that was on the exhausts that I had bought and replaced it with the X-Pipe. I don't have a video of the exhausts but when i find myself a nice video camera instead of my Iphone then Ill get to it. Then I got a little present from my friends for my birthday and it was some really sweet stuff. Next I had to help out my engine a bit since I haven't laid a finger on it yet so I needed this, I bought the K&N 63-3074. It's one great addition to my car and think that it's something everyone should have. I Painted my rims and calipers and it changed the look of the car tremendously To paint my calipers I used G2 paint and hey came out great. I bought Brembo stickers online so when the original paint gets painted over I still wanted everyone to see the Brembos The after a while of thinking and asking around what would have been better then a personalized license plate. So I finally came up with one and I loved it. ARSSEN, My name is Arsen and I drive a Camaro SS. Some people didn't understand it and others thought it was amazing. I always wanted to lower my car but then I was scared of scraping the bottom and just flat out damaging my car, but then I thought... Why not? So I dropped them an inch and man does it handle better, WOW. So far for the backside I'm done, I think . I'm most probably going to get quad tips and make those suckers fit into those Gm Ground Effects!!! But for now here's a before and after moment... Before : After : Now for the front end it's a little different, I thought to myself since I love the ZL1 front end so much might as well buy it so I did, Thanks to Gary . My birthday was also a few weeks ago and my friends knew exactly what I wanted for my birthday, a mod for my car and what better than to bring a little bit of my Armenian heritage to my American car. Get some Bosh horns from Armenia, TUNED . I will soon post a video of the horns as well becasue they are so freakishly loud. So now its going from this.. To this... Well i can guarantee all of that I am most definitely not done with my mods and there is a LOT more to come and I will keep everyone posted and keep the mods coming . Thanks again for everyone who actually looked at the thread, everyone please leave some feedback, weather its positive or negative. If anyone has any questions on anything they saw and need some help feel free to PM me and I will gladly help anyone out as much as I can. |

Well done. I bought my own Camaro when I was 19. It takes a lot of work, but it sure pays off! Welcome to the family and happy modding!
