Please do.
If they have one with cloth interior, please take some close ups of the fabric. Thanks,

Ok heres the info you guys wanted their are two Camaros you can sit in a Silver 2lt RS and a red 2lt sunroofed. About 1/3 of the convention floor is GM, ford has a decent showing with Chrysler bringing up the rear with like 4 cars including a nice Challenger SRT in orange with black stripes. There are many other makers but definetely smaller than past years. Also the Coupon in the Sun Sentinal is not for multiple people like it used to be it's 50% off one adult. So it may actually be better to get the 2 dollars off coupon and print a few out.
ALLSO VERY INPORTANT UNLESS I WENT IN THE WRONG ENTRANCE THE PORT AREA(CONVENTION CENTER IS THERE). IT IS HIGH SECURITY AND EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY WILL NEED A ID TO GET PAST THE CHECKPOINT. Last edited by fireresq157; 03-12-2009 at 09:46 PM. |

Well, I went today and finally got to touch and sit in the Silver 2lt RS and the red pre-production one... What a sexy beast, even in V6 form! The halos look great and I think the cargo room will be adequate enough. Unfortunately, there is no ambient lighting in these 2 at the show, so I guess I'll just have to wait 'til my order arrives. :( 'Loved the cushy seats, but the headrests were a bit hard for my liking. Also, when the driver's seat is back all the way, the armrest on the door is useless as it thins out into nothing towards the back. Other than that, I'm sure I'll forgive all the little nit-picks I have when I blast the Boston Acoustics system and put the pedal to the floor. I can't wait!
On a side note, I was also very impressed with the Hyundai Genesis coupe. They had 2 of them there. It's amazing how much they copied from the G35 coupe--looks almost like a clone of my old ride inside and, dare I say, even better! The whole car looks good. If it didn't have the Hyundai badges all over, I would never guess it was made by them... 'Also saw the new 'Stang--what a disappointment. 'Talk about going backwards in the looks department; I could not stand it. 'Sat in the Chally SRT8 also. While it has a lot more room than our beloved Camaro, it's just way to bloated and old-school for my taste, not to mention the same ol' Charger interior (ZZZ)... Overall, it's a small-scale auto show. If it weren't for the Camaro being there (and accessible), I would have wanted a refund. I didn't even see any Audi or Mercedes products and the BMW display was a let-down too (couldn't sit in anything but a 135i; everything else was locked!?). At least they had a G8 GXP there, however. |
