Transmission temperature issues

My mods are in my signature. Ive noticed that when I am just driving normally my temps are at 180 which is fine. However, if I start doing some spirited driving the transmission temperature will get up to about 230-235 mark. Other people that I know that have similar setups (ie cam swap and aftermarket stall converter with ADM tranny cooler) are staying at 180 even while at the track beating on it. So Im not sure why mine is so different from theirs. I called a speed shop and the guy I talked to said he works mostly on Corvettes, but what he does is adds 2 of B&Ms biggest tranny coolers and puts them on.

So I am not sure if adding another ADM cooler will help out or if I should maybe go with an electric fan. Which brings me to my next question. Will an electric fan be the fix to my issue and how are people wiring it to automatically come on? Or are people wiring to inside the cab and fliping a switch when it gets too hot. Also, what electric fan is most people using here. Links would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Mine is 185 most of the time, and 200 if I beat on it.

Did you add any tranny additives? If not, DON'T DO IT! I put some "Prolong" additive in an older Blazer once. It turned to foam and rusted every non-aluminum part - in addition to creating more heat. Total trans rebuild...

No info on adm unit but I just installed a Tru-cool 40k cooler and highest I saw was about 180* on the cluster gauge with temps over 100* here today. Didnt have scanner setup to get exact.
