I've been distracted from installing some of my mods that are sitting in my garage.
But it has been in a good way.
Before I can take my car the shop to have hood and stripes painted I need to pick me up a 2nd car to drive.
After looking for a while I scored me a '97 Z28!

I miss my Z!
Mine was Mystic Teal with T-tops and an Auto. Traded it for a truck when I moved to
Albuquerque....:(

Now, the big question...which one is faster?

Was it hard to install the colorshift halos? If you could give me an explanation on how to do them it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I'm getting custom stripes painted on my car as we speak. I'm driving my daughters Volvo until I get it back.

Good call on picking up the Z28. It looks like it's in decent shape.

Looking forward to seeing your latest mods.

You lucky bastard!!!!! The only thing you have to worry about on that z, is the air ports leaking in water! My cousin had one, and it rained really really hard one night, and i shit you not, it soaked his whole engine. Basically it flooded his engine. We ended up rebuilding it, and swapping it for a ls2!

I kinda just helped out on em. Ivan@ Southwest Speed did all the real work on em.

Well its a good thing we only get rain one day out of the year here in NM. And just enough to get the cars dirty. Haha

Paint- Painted engine cover, steering wheel bezel, speedometer bezel, front bowtie, tail light bezels, wheel center caps. Exterior lights- tinted tail lights and sidemarker lights. Wheels- powdercoated stock RS 20' wheels black Exhaust- Cat-back Dynomax Bullet Exhaust system with bullet muffler delete. Misc- rear blackout kit from Big Worm Graphix, black side Camaro lettering from Emblem Pros, and rear Camaro lettering from Emblem Pros.
