we should feel what we as AMERICANS have to say. i have blead for this country and i have a lot to say about this forum. you mods say this is a camaro site which it is. but u see it is an american site you want to put so much rules for this site. dont get me wrong this is the site in which i had my camaro made from this site. but some times you just have to let go just a little bit. i see and read this site a lot and i feel that most members are afraid of you mods.i do not know the inside of camaro5. i am not and it is not personal guys and girls. one have you once said why we can not mention racing against other people. i know you think you will be sued right. simple just put a statement like the mtv show of jack ass. you see we want to let lose and if you do you will have more members and some other things

I don't normally make a habit out of posting after a thread has been closed (sorry J)...but....

Rules are put in place for a reason.

Without rules, people do whatever they want...and that can lead to some pretty nasty stuff. Take a gander at some of the other sites out there....then try to post in them....see what happens. I've done it. You might have as well. Not fun when people go off on you for no reason, call you names, say your ideas, thoughts, etc FAIL. People post porn and nudity, use vulgar language, are completely disrespectful, grow HUGE egos and want to take on all members, and the list goes on and on.

We are here to keep the peace and keep this site in order. We run a tight ship because we EXPECT the BEST from everyone. NO EXCUSES. If you are scared to post something, maybe you should ask yourself "why?" Why are you scared to post this? Well, you might feel like you are going to get in trouble. If that's the case, err on the side of caution and don't post....or, post in a manner in which you KNOW you will be okay.

I can try to put this two ways...

1. Personally, this site has been like a second home to me since July of 2006. It's a good place. And, being that it feels like a second home and I have "guest here," I expect them to go by my house rules. If someone came into your home and turned on your stereo full blast, emptied your fridge, cussed in front of your mother, etc ,etc you'd be pissed. You have a set of rules you live by in your home. If someone violates those rules, you'd want them out.

2. Taking away mods from the forum would be like taking away police from our city streets. You might laugh about this....but....it is VERY much the same. If there are no police in the world, no one would live by the rules and it would be a very unhappy place. Mean people would run off the GOOD people. Members would NOT want to help out. They would come here, skim through all the garbage to find out what they need to know about a light mod and would then move on.

We are here to keep the peace. We are here to enforce the rules. Honestly, if you are a good person, it's pretty hard to break the rules. Good people have nothing to worry about here. Malicious people, on the other hand, will be dealt with via the site rules and shown the door. THIS .....is why we have almost 22,500 members.

Yes, if there is something that someone needs discussed, feel free to PM a mod or two. We don't mind answering PM's.

We will continue to do our best for the better of the site.
