We finished up the harness for the tail lights yesterday, they all work in the 2010 car, lots of wires to run but it works.

Very nice I take it this harness if for 2010-13, question is the backup cam and sensors identical for the 2012-14?

So can you convert a 2014 rear end to a 10-13 rear end? I'd buy a 2014 if I could do that. I would imagine it's possible.

Truly? Can this be done (2014 rear/lights to 2013 style)? Is it just the reverse of 2013 to 2014?

My wife and I really love the Camaro, but the 2014 rear lights don't do it justice, no matter how much people say "2010-2013 are borrowed from the vette, and 2014+ are similar style to previous gens of Camaros." I think the rear makes it look like a Chevy Volt or some Dodge knockoff.

Is a new trunk lid needed for this conversion? After seeing all the 2014 1LE's and ZL1's at the Fest the past few days I would really consider doing this.

Either a new trunk lid will be needed or the cutouts around the tail lights would need modified at a minimum. Remember also the 10-13 the center section between the tail lights is recessed and the 14 isn't.

Ok thanks. Wasn't thinking about the trunk lid.

I transformed my 2010 Bumblebee into a 2014 a few months ago.

I also converted the front and modified the 2014 Non-RS lights and SS fascia.

Ofer from Gen5DIY helped with the rear harness.
