I did it myself. Used a dremel to remove the red lens part of the tail light and used clear silicone around the half moons to keep it air tight, and kept it street legal with the reflective tape in the diffuser. And of course, red LEDs w/ load resistors.

Thanks for the correction. They're still basically used cars though right? Does ZR6 include the parade cars and pace car replicas? If so, I doubt that's what this commercial is advertising.
