Love the radiator overflow bottle! Reminds me of the 1971 Camaro I bought in Jacksonville, NC in 1980!. Jesus, those were the days....

Hardwood hood... I know that Corvettes were using Balsa wood in the floor at one point, this must be an evolution of that.

Just in case it's not known, the seller, I believe meant 'Harwood" they are a company that makes fiberglass hoods for Camaro and others.

Being a old motorhead its actually a very cheap price, and well worth it for fun and the parts alone are worth more than the car. Just because someone pulled it out of the garage does not mean its daily driven..LOL and someone got a deal. And personally I would ditch the Harwood hood and get a lynx air filter. You could fit a 6/71 under that snorkel....LOL

Yeah man, I would absolutely love an old 3rd gen as a project car. They are dirt cheap, even for the nicer ones. And the parts for the 3rd gen Camaros are much cheaper than they are for our 5th gens.

When I bought my 5th gen and saw headers or cat back exhausts going for up to $1300, I nearly crapped myself. Thank god the aftermarket has matured!
