Some competition at school
Pulled up to school this morning and stumbled upon some competition. It was a brand new 2015 Z06 Z07 with the Stage 3 Aero Package 7-speed manual. I talked to him for a few minutes and he told me how he just got it about 2 days ago. Before this he had a 2012 GTR, his mom has a 2015 Maserati GranTurismo MC, dad has a 2015 Hurucan, and his younger brother has a 2014 Raptor with fully upgraded suspension and a Whipple. I sat in it and it's amazing, it's definitely one of the nicest cars on campus now. Here's some pictures I managed to get, not the best but here you go.

Eh, spoiled is so poorly thrown around these days.
A wealthy family hooking their kids up! Nothing wrong with that at all. When I become of age and when I and my girlfriend (then wife) are successful ourselves, I'll be hooking my kids up with some cool stuff too! But back to topic, that's freakin' insane!! Both beautiful cars !! edit: Did that package also clear those tail lights out? No really digging that on yellow. It'd look cool on black or red though. (my opinion) |

But handing a 650+hp supercharged car to a young kid could be creating a serious issue... With one small tap on the accelerator in this car and your wrapped around a tree. Seeing the list of cars he or she has in their family lets hope they grew up around and respect the high HP and know how to drive what is basically a supercar.

If we were talking about a "kid" in High School then yeah that'd be a different story. They're in College though, so I wouldn't be too worried about it. You make some good points too though. The part about wrapping your car around a tree, yeah that's true. Same thing can be done with a Camaro V6 if you're not careful. Really all depends on the driver 9 times out of 10. Not the car. |
