Numbers on the belt were super faded, hence why I couldn’t see it.

No, you do not have to remove it, just take the tension off then remove the belt and slowly let the tensioner come back to its resting position. look on page 47 of the install guide... look for the half inch square hole on the pulley side of tensioner.

That’s what I referenced, but there was no way of completely taking the belt off/on, without loosening the bolts.

I dont have the ECS kit, but my pulley is somewhat similar. Seem to be making this harder than it should be...
Just stick a 1/2inch ratchet or breaker bar in the red hole, and push the tensioner far enough to pull the belt off of the blowers pulley. Release the breaker bar. Remove the breaker bar. Now the belt is slack. Flatten the belt and slip it out from behind the tensioner (green area) , and work it off all the pulleys and remove it. When reinstalling the new belt, slip it behind the tensioner first.
