Is it possible that I am now even more confused!!!

I know this thing will be sick, and I just can't decide which way to go with it! I love the old school idea of an all motor build. But I also know a lot of people these days only want to see a peak HP number.

Keep it coming folks. Thanks!!

Very true, but you have to admit that having a big cubes stroker idling next to you at a stop light can be VERY intimidating.

Go as big CI as you can afford like a 8+ liter. 700+RWHP

I feel I could realistically build this package with a 427 stroker and new heads etc... and stay within the budget and pricing that I want this package to come in at.

That would make this the lowest priced 600HP stroker car out there, and it address mor ethan just drivetrian like osme other companies.

I could also do a 416ci motor and push 15psi and make crazy HP. But in my mind they are two totally different types of vehicles. So that is why I felt I shoudl ask the Camaro5 community. You all have been great to me so far, so I would like to have your help in making this decision.

The engine choice does not affect the rest of the build, so I am able to work on that over the next couple of weeks while we make this final powertrain decision.

Stroker, like the fact, that when you pop the hood, it looks stock.

How about a combo? Perhaps a stroked motor with a superchager. I don't understand how these computers work but if that is feasible, I would think telling everyone looking at your car would be "extra" impressive at the fact you would be one of the first to be both stroked and forced induction.

Nitrous/stroked
stock/supercharged/forced induction
stroked/forced induction

I don't think you can go wrong with any one of these. Do us all a favor a post some results or if possible even a video when you are done with it.

I will have tons of pictures and videos when it is all said and done. I am also doing my best to be able to finish the car and bring it to the Camaro5 Fest.
But we need to pick the engine first!

This is actually a lot closer than I thought it would be. I expected the higher HP to run away with it. But I guess there is still a lot of folks whom can appreciate the sound and power of a stroker motor.

I'd rather see the NA build. There are a lot of bolt-on superchargers out there, but there aren't a lot of built engines that you can buy.

I do think the big HP from a 427 would be something special. But I really like seeing what people have to say about it.

Either way, this car will be a blast to drive.
