That's my point. So why not just produce those 1,000 orders first (or however many it takes to fill/load a truck or trailer) and get them out the door? There are obviously a lot of behind the scene factors that the general public are not privy to. Legalities maybe?

You all know there are issues with the first group of SS cars, right? They aren't shipping them because they need to be perfect for all of you and there was an issue with a certain part or parts and GM won't ship you something that isn't PERFECT!!!! That's all I can say witout getting in trouble. GM doesn't want anyone getting a car and then having problems with it. They'd rather have you a little frustrated by having to wait than to ship you something that leaves you stranded on the side of the road.
