Vert top updates??? (2013)

Greetings fellow Camaro vert owners!

There was a large group of us with the "first run" 5th Gen verts, having top issues... 5th bow, rub marks, water leakage and wind noise being the main issues.

I'm curious where we all ended up, now 2 years later? Who still has their car? Fixed? How? Problems still exist? Sold/traded/lemon lawed? Just curious. Kinda felt a bond with those in similar situations... curious how everyone made out.

After receiving a complete top/frame/wager management system replacement my car is doing great, going on 6 months plus an additional 2 yrs onto my warranty... tannneau still sucks, addressing that now, but that's mediocre in comparison.

So where's everyone else at? Bullet? Rainy? Sux? Tib? Etc, etc...

I still have my 2011 March build convertible. I did my own fix for the rub marks early on. Since that time I have not had any problems with my top. I have no marks or anything anywhere on my top. It looks like the day I picked it up.Sorry to here a lot of you guys having problems.

Sure, leave me out of your names!!

Still have my vert with new 5th bow and top. Still have some holes forming on the underside now but have a long GM extended warranty on the top so i'm still keeping it!!

GM and I came to an agreement on a buyback for my 2012. So far the 13 has been flawless...

Still have mine, build date April 2011.
5th bow repaired in 2012,6 weeks after that new water management bag was installed due to flood in backseat(thankfully ended up with the new designed water bag)
2013- already arranged with the dealer late last fall, as soon as my vert is out of winter storage...There is a piece of trim above drivers door window that is bent and to be replaced as well as new canvas going on.keeping fingers crossed that this is the last fix.The other repairs seem to be holding up ok..Time will tell.

Still have my Jan 2011 build had the 5th bow replaced in Dec 2012. It went into storage right after so I have not lowered the top since the repair. I have my original canvas and water management bag and the GM TSB fixed my rub marks. I also got a 4 yr top warranty extension after the 5th bow replacement in December so I have no plans to get rid of it anytime soon. I can't wait for spring so I can start driving it again.

I have a couple of small rub marks on the top but no real issues have cropped up, I got the top "enhancement" last year and honestly I have been driving convertibles for the past 5 years and I expect them to be a bit on the noisy side, with my sky you couldn't hear the wind for the exhaust note.

the top sees a lot of use... In fact I get Really pissed when the low temp warning pop's up and won't let me drop the top on really cold mornings.

In short I'm ecstatically happy with my vert and don't plan on getting rid of it.

First 2012 with a born on date of 7/26/11 was repurchased on 2/14/12. Ordered new 2012 on 2/15 and was delivered on 4/4/12. So far 7000 miles and only one little rub from the rear well. I will be watching this summer once it gets out of storage. The fear of my old car and it's problems is still fresh in my mind and I will go over this car everyday with a fine tooth comb until it is out of warranty.

Build date April 2011. Very minor rub marks that I did I a DIY fix for. No 5th bow disease. Only driven once in the rain for dealer to test installed blower, but no water found.

Very happy with car. Very UNHAPPY with the Ohio winter this year and the mountain of salt the city pours on the roads on an hourly basis it seems. So the car has not seen much action for a while. In storage for now.
