I like the fact that most CAI's work with the Whipple. We will all have to waint and see how well it really does in the real world to know truely how good it is but I think it will be among the top blowers to get when its all said and done.

Most od the CAIs out there do work with th Whipple, but they dont get down in the front facia, and they are not a 4.5 tube with a 2000 cfm filter. The KB is way ahead of the pack on the CAI department. Even the stock air box setuyp used for the 50 state legal kit, is in the front bumper area, away from the hot engine.

I do like the design of the CAI set-up on the KB - it makes sense. I don't know that I totally like the way it seems the OEM airbox is oriented, however, I'd plan on a filter upgrade anyways if that' the way I were to go.

Both are making power in the same neighborhood on stock cars...

Let me know if you have any questions and I'll be glad to help you out.

I'm with Jared on this one. Whipple has prevailed time and time again over KB (in our experiences atleast) We are installing dealer for both companies and we sell more Whipples than KB's hell we sell more Procharger than KB's , but The sound you get from a KB is like no other.if you wanting all out power, go Turbo. There isn't nothing like a 1180rwhp turboed street car that gets almost 21mpg and can be drive coast to coast....

that's all in the driver. have one driver in 1 car and John Force in the Other and c who will win?

should have the same unbiased driver drive the crap out of both cars down the 1320 and c the outcome.

so KB modifies the stock airbox? I could swear that in order to achieve a CARB certification, the unit must retain Stock Air Intake System. like the Whipple and Maggies do.

and plus that doesnt say much cuz all someone needs to do is make a cold air kit that goes into the bumper.

Nope, the box isnt modified, just relocated. Exactley, make a CAI that will go in the front bumper. The KB comes with the CAI in kit form at no extra cost.

You run a shop that distributes KB, I tried to buy a set of KBs from KBs and just got wait plz, I'll get you that.. never answered..

If I buy one from you, I will still say that KB sales team sucks.. and I will praise you as the one that had an actual Face..

No need to wear KB shoes there.

Anyway, Thank you and hope we can do bussiness..

ok, umm relocated, modified, same difference. technically shouldnt be able to pass CARB, since its not in factory location.
