Pretty simple removing the power harness brackets? What did you do with the harness, solder it together or is it just tucked away?

I think your referring to the power wire that has the battery/ jump post on the drivers side?? If so that's easy to move.. just unhook everything and use a bolt to connect the wires back together( the terminal is doing the same thing but uses a post so you could jump a car etc) , then heavy shrink wrap etc, then tuck away..i'll get you a pic. You just want to be sure that the wires and bolt is wrapped good so nothing grounds out. As long as you wrap the wires and bolt good, you'll have no issues. I did my LS3 some time ago the same way and no issues. I found for a piece of mind that its best for the large power wire to shrink wrap twice over; then wrap some foam(crap that's all over the engine bay hoses) then some harness tape finished with braided wire loom.

Last thing we ever want is the power wire touching the the frame.,

The post in these cars for the jump ect makes no sense to me since the battery is simply located in the trunk. Nice thing is with the post and bracket out of the way it opens up the engine bay nicely.

With the rough in's complete, we put an order in for braided wire wrap, stainless braided hoses and fittings. Now it's time to address the not so attractive intake manifold...

Almost ready to glass! Amazing what you can build with fiberglass. I built the rear seat delete and the entire radiator fan shroud out of fiberglass for my 1LE. Who would know it isn't factory..lol. I like to use the fleece to glass first then fiberglass method. same process as building custom fiberglass sub boxes.

Here I cut off the excess plastic and used backing to get a shape, followed by tape. Next we can add a release agent and prep the fleece...
