Flip it.

Fix it, clean it, get a proper title and sell it. The title will always be branded (possibly can avoid this if you just apply for a "lost" title), so you will not be able to get full market value. Put the proceeds down on new car with better karma.

JMHO

Good luck. Sincerely hope it works out for you.

The title of the car is still valid and In my name. Since the person never turned in the copy that signed it over....it never invalidated mine.

So you still have the original? Or can obtain one? Yes, you might just be able to get it re-issued. When you paid it off, you received the title?

Maximizes the value with a clean title.

Yes I have the title. I reregistered it with new plates and stickers. Added back to my insurance and even actived onstar. I had to show the title and insurance to get it

Weird question but how many Miles has it traveled since selling it and "buying" it back?

No keys. Towed it to dealer and they cut and programed new ones.

The old keys shouldn't be able to work after new keys are cut and reprogrammed, I had this done on my infinit a few years back, but maybe times have changed
