pirelli 275 on rear of ls?

I was in the market for the LS model and I stopped into one dealer. I stopped in and the dealership had put the 20" SS wheels on it w/ 275's in the rear. I initially was not interested as I thought this was out of my price range, but after leaving the dealership the salesman called back and gave me the car for the price of the base ls. My question is though, is this tire too wide for the v6 model? The handling is great, however I wonder if they are too big....the dealership also threw in the original 18" heritage wheels + tires so I could always switch back to those...
thanks!

They are fine. Same diameter and all. Fit just same as an lt with RS package 20". You are getting a nice deal indeed.

It's fine with the v6. All v6s with RS packages are running the same wheels and tires. So if the dealer is selling for the LS actual MSRP, then go fo it as long as you truly want the LS. Good Luck and hopefully you getthat Camaro. Btw what colour was it?

The 2LT RS does come with the SAME rear hubs as the V8. Not sure if you will have bearing issues.

I have the 2LT/RS with the same size tires. Is no problem at all. You are getting a pretty decent deal for the base LS MSRP. Go for it.

Here's the Pirelli 275s on the rear of my LS. Not on the factory wheel though.

Is that rear spoiler an add on item from the dealer? The LS does not offer a rear spoiler.

I did the same with mine, but in black. Easier install than the spoiler swap on my Cobalt was, and that one already had the holes drilled!

I was hoping that was the case.....LOL. I plan to order mine from EBAY soon, as my 2LT will not be coming with one either. Thanks for the tips.
