the pats never were that much of a crushing team. LOT of close games. LOTS.

Very consistant and had their times.

They have lost something but they'll be righg back next year.

Yes they may have lost something....but they always adjust and come right back, that's all a fan can ask. Brady being the exception, they have the second youngest roster in the league.
Winning a Superbowl and then sucking immediately after, I just don't get it..yes, you lose some players every year...but if you have that "ELITE" QB, your suppose to still be competitive.
I guess

and for the record, There were no divisions that had more than three teams with a 500 or better record, which is what the AFC East had.

You might want to look into the facts before you talk. The Patriots have the 11th youngest roster in the NFL

It does not matter.

I can remember when they played the SB a few years back they were described by the announcer as being an old team.

Usually the end of the current powerhouse run.

So the NEXT SEASON I'm watching them on TV and I hear the announcer make the comment 'This is one of the younger teams right now' ..............

Pissed me off. The Pats can turn over a roster in one off season and STILL be a top 5 team and the Bills just SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh........

My mistake...maybe it was the 2nd youngest D in the league, but Like PQ says, it doesn't matter...every year it's the same old story, I keep hearing
"this is the year the Jets unseat the Pats"..."this is the year the Dolphins unseat the Pats" , the only thing I haven't heard is "this is the year the Bills unseat the Pats" , sorry PQ but yet the Pats keep winning and competing for the Championship...and the haters keep on hating.
