RPM Camaro Traps 154mph and drives home!!

Went to the track the other night with out TT Camaro. Track prep wasnt all that good but i was happy with the car. I drove it to the track. Ran twice and drove home.

First run was on 21 PSI. It spun with a 1.8 60 foot and ran 9.7 at 154.... I was VERY happy with 154 considering this car weighs 4300 with me in it.

Second pass I turned the boost up 1 psi and i left on the 2 step and it had a 1.5 60 foot and then hit boost cut ( my fault for not changing it) so it pulled boost down to 18 psi before ramping it back in. Went 9.7 at 143. Here is the pic o the 2 slips along with the vid of the first run.

Nice Fran but why doesn't the owner drive his own car at the track? Or is this is a shop car? Either way still awesome. We need to hook up at Cecil in the fall.

Owner lives in dallas texas. We are just getting it figured out before we ship it back. He has a 6 second mustang so this shouldnt be a problem for him haha.

Im always at cecil. Let me know when your going next.

I feel the car should go 9.2 at close to 160... I would love to go 8's but dont know if it will at this weight.

The car will 60 good but this was a friday night.. I need to go to MIR for a rental to really turn up the power down low.

Yeah its always made good power. We keep changing stuff and improving. We brought it down to him in texas a couple months ago and played with it there then brought it back to change some more stuff. We just did a full fuel system and changed the gears. I hit the limiter with the 3.70's at 149 mph a couple months ago so we just installed 3.25 gears.
