No bash the new guy...not new, but lurker for years.
Driving home this morning, headed north on 75 from Tampa.
Saw a black zl1 pass me, a little bmw suv following, weaving in and out. I was stoked, because I have not had a chance to see a zl1 on the road yet.
Anyway, had the family in the car...about 10-15 minutes up the road, traffic stopped. I was in the left lane..after a few minutes of slow moving, looked at the guard rail, it was fubar, along with a wheel stuck in it...I just thought, oh well,
a few minutes later, there is that black zl1 on the right side of the road, the guy sitting on the side of the road on the phone. The car was maybe 50 or more yards down from the crashed guard rail on the left. Got past the car, and looked back with my mirror, the entire left side was...history, and yep, that was his wheel stuck in the rail. I did not see it happen, so don't know, but, speculation is sometimes fun. popo had not arrived yet, hope nobody got hurt. The bmw was nowhere around. Sorry, no pics...I was driving!!!!

It was in Tampa, so I doubt cold tires were the issue. Obvious driver error.

This week we have been around 65* for the low, 82* high, partly cloudy with no rain.

I've only seen three ZL1s on the road here and four Hello Kitties.

I don't know why you'd drive crazy like that at all let alone with your family in the car... Hope they're all okay.

How have I not seen you yet? I live in Valrico and drive through Brandon daily. In this area I've seen a black, white and red ZL1 but all were hardtops. All were on Bloomingdale. Only one kitty so far, it was red.

I'm over by BSBC and drive it to work (MacDill) every day. The red Smell Kat is over in the Brandon/Val Rico area. I haven't seen the white ZL1.
