What a great day!!! I was so damn lucky to be the lead car around the track of Corvettes and Camaros!!! I don't know what the final number was but I heard it was 300.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway
Several Indy Chevy dealers put on a Camaro/Corvette drive on the track event. We met at our dealer and had police escort to the track and then one lap around.
Bummer if you were looking for speed (which I was). They kept a close look at everbody. You had to stay in line and no passing. 50 mph seems like a crawl on the 2.5 mile oval. Huge. It was a great time and so cool. What a better way to see the track than being "on the track". I grew up here so it definately was a dream come true.
