WOT pulling P1516 & P2101 at hi rpm & wheel spin, going into reduced power mode

I have a condition when going WOT from rolling start in 1st & lots of wheel spin as computer changing gear for me in manual mode that I pop these codes going into reduced mode. It has happen since mods & tune was done but only if I forgot to turn off nannies, so wasn't a big issue as I would turn off nannies & this condition would not appear for the last 18 -24 months until the other day it did it with all nannies off for the first time. I understand that if pedal & throttle body differ more than 7% for more than 0.5 sec these codes appear which I'm guessing is what is happening. Now my question is can this system setting be sorted by a tune adjust to give more error out time or % or should I look at swapping out throttle body & pedal?

Update: replaced throttle body with ac delco replacement off amazon for $120, issue so far has not appeared in same conditions as before, think problem solved!

Hi Kiwi, has this problem been sorted as I'm having the same problem with my 102mm BBK, I have just ordered a Nick Williams 102 supercharged model to hopefully stop the limp mode an P2101 code.

Yep, my problem disappeared with new throttle body, was tempted to go with BBK but saw too many issues online with them & the nick williams was also having issues with s/c etc so just stuck with stock replacement but that was a few years ago, might b sorted now.

Thanks mate, Nick Williams now makes a supercharged model with a stronger throttle motor, I tried replacing the accel pedal and it made no difference so hopefully the NW 102 will sort it.
