Has anyone installed the SLP Loudmouths?

Has anyone in western Washington installed SLP Loudmouth or Loudmouth II axle back exhaust system on their V8 Camaro yet? I'm trying to decide which one to get and would love to hear either one in person. Thanks - ARNE

Yes, I also would like to hear, I have Borla's and am considering just going straight pipe, which is real close to what loudmouths are,

I took off the Borla's and fired it up, not a bad sound and I see lots of others have done it, so maybe.

anyone else have ideas, Loudmouths? whos got em?

What brand / model of HID DRL's did you install? Was it an easy swap? Any troubles?

I have the magna flow system attached to specail made headers from Dan @ Clear Image Automotive in Kent, WA. It's all 3 inch pipe now with 304 stainless headers and piping. Went from 358 hp@ the wheels to 409 hp @ the wheels. Then added a cold air intake and gain up too 430 @ the wheels. Nice deep sound when you foot is into and nice sound while cruising without blasting the radio loud. Everyone who's heard it says they love the sound.

I installed the SLP LMI (which is basically a muffler delete with SLP's tips) and I love it. Also have the Roto-Fab CAI, and I would recommend this product as well. I thought the stock sound wasn't "muscle" enough, so I got the intake first, and even with only that, it sounded a little deeper and meaner.

I just got the LMI's last week and I really love the sound (not to mention getting rid of the stock suitcases and adding a little giddyup together with the CAI). There is some decel-popping which some people dislike, but I dig it (adds some character). Hopefully this helps, sorry I don't have any video...

I have LM II on my SS/RS 6 speed. Just the right level of sound for me!

LoudMouth II vs. PowerFlo

Of all the exhaust systems out there, the PowerFlo sounds the best to us, for the axle-back systems. Anyone out there put one of these on their 2010 SS?

The JBA Performance Camaro full-on system video at http://jbaheaders.com/feature_pages/2010Camaro.asp sounds AWESOME, but we want to keep it street legal...

I've got the Loudmouth II axle back system on my SS, and love it. It gives me the sound that I was looking for, and makes it sound like a muscle car. I think it sounds a little throatier (if that's a word) than the Powerflow, but both sound good.

Which is more than I can say about the GM engineers who came up with that silent excuse for an exhaust system.
