Transmission break in?

i am wondering. i am getting my transmission swap out for a whole new unit i believe! and i was wondering. what is the break in mileage im looking into?

I would just drive normal for a hundred miles or so and then let it rip at will.

If it's an M6, I'd do approx a hundred miles and then swap out the gear lube for Royal Purple Synchromax. I've noticed mine shifts a bit smoother with the RP. Also shifts smoother after a few thousand miles, synchros must work a bit better with some miles on.

so drive 100 miles easy and steady and then let her rip! and might be a stupid question! but would switching to Royal Purple Cause my warranty to get void?
