FINAL UPDATES! - Camaro5 Fest IV
This is the final thread updating you all on the stuff going on at the Fest.
We intended to post it a week or so ago....but wanted to be absolutely sure of everything before we told everyone...it was a good call - as the schedule was adjusting just hours ago. Without further ado....Below you will find materials that will also be available in print at the hotel on Thursday, and the Camaro5 tent at the track throughout the weekend. Feel free to print your own copies - these are for you to use as guides and information throughout the weekend. Read close...I've also added notes and comments to clarify some things. I'm looking forward to seeing you all again!! It' SO CLOSE!!!! Part 1: Schedule Please read through this schedule carefully...there are many things to do over the course of 2 days, and we've done our very best to make sure you can get to all of them without having to choose one over the other like at an amusement park. **NOTE** During Vendors Appreciation Hour mid-day, concession stands will be open on track grounds for food and beverages - also, please take the time to see our vendors' display: They've put a great deal of time and effort into their participation at the Fest! Part 2: Track Map All major areas of note are labeled on this map. Please read it carefully so you're aware of where things are. **There will be large black and white signs indicating where you may spectate for the CamaroCross, find general information, and register for the Car Show** When in doubt, stop by the Camaro5 tent, near Chevrolet's display - and we'll help you out. **IMPORTANT** DO NOT USE THE SOUTH ENTRANCE (GPS) ENTER FROM THE NORTH off Crawfordsville road. Thank you!! Part 3: RACING SCHEDULE The racing schedule below is a bit more detailed than the general schedule. Please reference it so you're aware what times you need to be on-track for driver's meetings, or the like. As is the case with the CamaroCross, for example, if you miss the drivers' safety and information meeting, you can not run the course during that session.
