Short Ram Intake

I want the best short ram intake in terms of horsepower and torque for my Camaro SS. I cant have a Cold air intake because i live by the water and it could flood anytime. Which SRI do you recommend. Is the Injen Powerflow intake a short ram or cold air?

The powerflow is a truck/SUV intake. Most of the intakes for the Camaro end near the OEM position so flooding isn't a issue. Hit the "search this forum" box in the upper right hand corner and type in CAI. You'll get TONS of hits to read through. You could also flip back through the last couple pages of threads to find SEVERAL CAI threads. There's one just a few posts down from this one.

CIA brand vararam and hallteck all show similar results. There is a great thread posted by one of the tuners on here that explains everything you will need to know.

Yep almost every intake out for these cars is technically a "short ram" intake system. Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Best regards,
