hello,
What's required for them to let you take your ZL1 down the track at Maryland International Raceway? How much does it cost? Do you need to purchase a race helmet? Do they rent them? Will they require you to make safety mods on your stock ZL1 .. such as a drive shaft safety loop? |

I've gone back to the track a couple more times since my first outing. I guess I saved the best for first.
 . Though I haven't been able to match my 11.99 pass, the car has gone 120.27 mph on a 12.06 pass! BEAST! I've run a couple 12.0 passes with 60' times .1 worse than my 11.99 pass. I'm starting to believe the non-hype about these tires.

I'm finding out the hard way. Unfortunately you can't make back to back passes in these cars because of heat soak. Every experiment takes time.
