Does anyone have a good picture of what the back side of this looks like?

The best I've seen in this thread: 442025

I'm been messing with this and everything look solids but it seems like the tabs just aren't fully engaging but I can't see from under. I climbed below and nothing is lose and I see no scuffs or anything that would indicate it caught on something.

I do notice a mark on the front like it could have gently hit something front on (vs going over it), but the mark is very faint so it wouldn't have been a significant impact.
