Would dropping the gas tank cause the muffler to rattle?

I just had my fuel pump changed and now when I go over a bump there's a rattle from the right rear. It sounds just like the muffler rattling again. Could they have moved things or is it the actual fuel tank or gas spout rattling?

Check your heat shield above the tank at the trans tunnel, sometimes they get moved or bent a tad or come lose and will cause a rattle on the exhaust or floor board.
