I really wish the reverse light and brake lights had their own sections all to themselves like the OEM lights do. With these the brake light stretches over past the separation from the running lights strips. It leaves a tiny little smidgen for white reverse light and looks odd.

I like everything else about them and most certainly the price.

Someone may have beat me to it but here is the link for the dark ones again.

Whoever does the group-buy, COUNT ME IN.
The link you posted is for the red lens.

Well the seller on the original website (the manufacturer I assume) is quick to respond so that is nice (I sent a message on their website and he got back in like a day). He is also very much in China so we need someone to step up to take it on as a product or a group buy.

I’d be down with getting with them if many are interested. Seems like mostly everyone is interested in the smoked?

I came into this thread ready to make fun of these expecting the Lambo ones but these actually nice. Only concern I have with these aftermarket tail lights is how durable they are, will the LED's burn quickly or cause random flashes?

So far im getting 190 a set from them plus $105 shipping.Thats the 10+ sets price. Shipping is per unit and only ship separately. So they would be shipped directly to the each of us.

Any update on the smoked/dark lenses version? I JUST got the GM Dark Taillights, but I'd be interested in possibly making this jump.

Count me in for a dark set if they're only $295. I emailed them and received a very punctual response saying it would be about a month till they had stock in, that email is from the actual site and not the group buy site.

I just hope install will be plug-n'-play or close to it.

Dang these look nice! At that price, even with $100 to ship, still a good price. My big concern is reliability, and if one fails, likely a long process to get it replaced. Is there even a warranty?

If they are not DOT compliant, that's a problem. They'll never be sold here, but from the video I don't see how they could actually pose as a safety concern.

As someone else said, similar set sold here in the U.S. Would be double the price or more

The “group site” (alibaba) says dot under certification. I asked about hyper flash concerns etc and if they were actually tested on a vehicle and he replied yes they were tested. (This is speaking to the contact i was emailed after emailing the contact email address from the original website. He did say the same thing about production being about a month away. The smoked looks more tinted and darker then the oem gm dark tails to me. It looks like they tinted the whole lens. Who has a close up of the gm dark tails to compare? I honestly think I may be able to get the deal even better for us. On a side note, I have been working on retro fitting sequentials into a project tail light ive already opened up. For us diy’ers. Some drop in boards would cut a price like $290 in half.

I'm fully committed to this group buy at anywhere in the $300 ballpark or up. I have my GM Dark Tails and my original Red Tails just in case.

THANK YOU for leading the charge looking into this.

I hate to give a "might be" interested on these but over a month away is a long way off for me. I have a few address changes in that time so could not commit until August. But definitely interested by then.
