Hello I need help ASAP I’m worried cause my car drives perfect in sport and in regular drive, but when I put it in m and paddle shift a loud clicking noise begins to happen I don’t think it’s trans but I’m worried still wit other options can you let me know what it could be.

How many miles is it ? If its too high, problem is on your transmission. Change the transmission fluid and change engine oil. If its still same, you should take to transmission repair.
