Here's a first look at one of the Chevrolet/Camaro ads that will debut during the Superbowl this Sunday. The moral of this commercial is to "Never mess with a Chevy, dude." The ad is both a commercial for the Chevrolet/Camaro and the upcoming Transformers movie "Transformers: Dark of the Moon". Check out the video below.

The Camaro spot will double as a commercial for the coming movie “Transformers: Dark of the Moon,” which will also be promoted in a commercial from the film’s studio, the Paramount Pictures division of Viacom said Chris Perry, vice president for United States marketing at the Chevrolet parent, General Motors in Detroit — Chevrolet will run its spots, in the first, second and fourth quarters, to persuade car and truck buyers to give the brand the kind of consideration it enjoyed in previous decades and urge viewers to stay tuned for a spot to run in an episode of the Fox series “Glee” after the game. The five Chevrolet spots, by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, part of the Omnicom Group, will promote four models; Camaro, Cruze Eco, Silverado HD and Volt."

Wish mine did that... There are some pedestrians in downtown Chicago that could use a good whooping for beating on cars that are too close in an intersection/crosswalk.

Awesome commercial. Much better than the assy ones they've been pumping out for the past few years. Honestly, the Challenger commercial where they say, "This car is made to pass by people who don't care about cars," and the Mustang commercial touting the V6's MPG while a charcoal one whips through the streets are far more exciting than anything GM's done for the Camaro.

This is a step in the right direction!

Show the Camaro being raw, raising a ruckus and in colors unavailable! Showing close ups and touting 425bhp in subdued manners is just preaching to the converted.
