Hawk Brake Pads

I can anyone tell me what is the best Hawk pad that is low in brake dust ,that's easy on the Roters and still give me good braking performance. The Bremboes on my RS/SS had good stopping performance but,was dusty as hell.,and is due for replacement.
I have heard the Hawk Pads is a great replacement for the OEM Bremboes ,and have very little dust and performs as well if not better when braking.I was wondering if anyone have swapped their Bremboes out with the Hawk pads.I have seen reviews where the Hawk Plus did not perform so well and was hard on the Roters, any advice would be appreciated.

I've been using Hawk ceramic yellow pads for years now with no issues. Much lower brake dust and quite good braking.

I do switch back to stock pads for a track day, but then the Hawks go back on.

Thanks Bud,can you supply me with part numbers, where you purchased them for both front and back.Like I mentioned I have heard that the Hawk Plus were hard on Rotors and made a Squealing nose at times.would those be the type they use at the track.I don't race ,so I be looking for street use pads.
Again thanks for your prompt reply ,much appreciated.

I think his numbers will be different if he has a ZL1.
But I use these as well. I am pretty sure they are the yellow ones he is referring too as the box is yellow lol. But I called Hawk and asked what they recommended for autocross as well as low dust and they gave me these.

His number should be correct for an SS. They are the same number I will order once my OEM are ready to replace.

My front pads are a different part number for some reason than those listed above. Mine are HB453Z.585. Not sure about my rears. I have the yellow box performance ceramic.
Edit: Just compared them, they both show proper fitment to my car, but are a different thickness. PC w/0.582 THICKNESS for the ones listed above (Fronts) and mine are w/0.585 Thickness.

I've had the ones in the yellow box on my SS for 9 years and they have not damaged the rotors and they don't squeal either.

Thanks Guys, appreciate you replies and information. Not sure of the P/N HDRDTD mentioned, since his car is the 2015 ZL1 model with regards different part numbers.Quite a bit difference in prices from amazon, compared to the Hawk website.I check the reviews on amazon and some guys who purchased those said they created more dust than the Bremboes stock and they also squealed bad, said it was a waste of $100.I'm not sure what to get now?

I bought mine because of the dust the OEM Brembos left. The difference is night and day. I barely get anything now. Just a very light film in between washings.

Just for the record, my Camaro is a 2013 ZL1 convertible with the following Hawk pads.

Front pads: HB649 Z.605 D1405 Performance Ceramic are the numbers on the box
Rear pads: HB194 Z.570 D592/D1053 Performance Ceramic

Sorry for the Error Bud,and thanks for the info. Are your pads of a better quality than the ones listed on Amazon, where the reviews say they made more dust and squealed when braking.

No squealing. Many people that report brake pad squealing forget to apply the included grease on the back of the pads.

FAR less dust that the stock pads.
