Overkill Supercharger and ECM code.

Has anyone else had issues with their tune throwing a code? I have been getting a P16F3 (control module redundant memory performance) for a few months. I have just been clearing it and was trying to get a hold of Will. I am not sure if it was something I did when I loaded the tune or if there was something off. It also just had a C0242 (no DTC definition found) and a U0140 (lost communication with body control module) pop up yesterday which is making me feel like I might have done something to it. I am thinking of possibly bringing it to chevy to flash the whole system back to stock and trying to reload the tune. Does anyone have any ideas on what they might do? I have already tried to clear the tune and reload.
