Car arrived today, picking up tomorrow. Everyone else's cars should be coming in very soon I would think.

I'm kind of pissed though, dealer said the LPO parts didn't come in yet. So I am bringing it back later when they do as they don't know when the parts will arrive. How can the LPO parts take longer than the car itself to get in? Is this the dealer's fault or GM?

Mine got there yesterday. Picked it up today. The best part is the paint is good!!!

Are you putting a coating on the car? I ordered Polish Angel Cosmic coating made specifically for Mosaic Black paint. I also have the new Gtecniq Crystal Serum and EXO.
What kind of polish, polisher do you use?

Chemical guys for the washing part, Meguiar's gold class/show car everything else. It did a fine job with my 2010 and 2014 yellows. I figure stick with what I know.

And congrats on your car! Mine should be in either Saturday or Monday. We'll see...

I use mostly Optimum products...hoping my f-ing dealership tells me when the car is coming so I can start scheduling the clear bra and tint.

I had the SAME issue.. my LPO items (wheels, spear stripe, and black bow ties) weren't in when the car was. My bow ties and spears came in about a week later and were put on this past monday...still waiting on my wheels. I tried to nail this one down too and all I could find out is that it is GM's fault, as badly as I wanted to blame it on my dealership. The sales manager forwarded me an email he got from GM sounds like it could still be a while on my wheels.

I am new to this lingo, may I ask what TPW stands for? I just ordered my 2016 Camaro 2ss convertible. So excited and enjoy reading the posts.

TPW= target production week. The week your car should be built.

Come on convertible enthusiast. I thought you guys were here to help the less knowledgeable. Do all colors in the ss vert, come with the front fascia? I love how it looks but Chevy build only adds it to white. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

I think mine is scheduled for delivery and pick up Monday. But then again, I've been waiting a lot longer than was led to believe lol

It sure is. Still a couple guys on here fighting with their dealerships/GM with the exact same problems. I feel really bad for them.

I use the Optimum Wash. I really like that. I've used the Opti-coat 2.0 when they were making that. I have a syringe of Gloss coat I'll be trying on something soon.
