pics are up!!!

as you can see i was surrounded by fords lol. i was the only late model chevy in attendance. i didnt win anything, but i had alot of fun, met some cool people, and got to hang with some friends from work.

So on base here in NM we are having a car show. This will be the first car show that i am entering my 2010 SS/RS in. I dont expect to win anything just because there are so many nice cars here in southern NM but im just going because i love car shows. As soon as i get pictures i will post them. It will be this saturday so i expect pics to be up either that night or sunday morning. I will keep you posted!

Is it a car show or cruise meet? I dont enter my car in any judged shows. But i do enter all kinds of cruise meets. Like you i enjoy cars and like to mingle with others that have the same interest. Have fun

yes its a judged show. its put on by the base auto hobby shop. im expecting around 40-60 cars/trucks/motorcycles. a local car group here gets cruise meets every saturday, i love getting together with people who enjoy this as a hobby. no matter what type of car or what it looks like, you got to respect the build bc as car people we know the labor involved with doing anything.

In September I took my Camaro to a smaller show. I was the only Gen 5 Camaro surrounded by a bunch of late model Mustangs, but I was still voted by the show judges as the best late model.

It's a great opportunity to meet up with folks who share an enjoyment of cars. You'll have plenty to talk about, and you'll probably learn a few things too. My baby was in a show in September and where did we get parked? In a row with several Mustangs.....they were actually a fun group. Have a great time! Can't wait to see pics.

the shows are great, enjoy and have fun that's what it's all about, you also get to meet some great knowledgable people that have the same interest in cars.
