Skip Shift won't be an issue in a drag race.

Not to mention the fact that CAGS is only applicable under partial throttle and at RPM below ~2500 (exact numbers vary with the specific application), and one is not likely to be terribly competitive in a drag race if one is only using partial throttle or shifting below 2500 RPM.

Think "less aggressive traction control" combined with more useable stall speed...and of course the ZL1 will have substantially more "gription" with its larger, stickier tires...

Saying; "you could care less" actually means you do care. Our language is getting bastardized and "I couldn't care less", which means I do not care, has been reversed in common language usage. Suggestion: Pay attention to what you say and write. Noticed how lately all plurals seem to have apostrophes in them? Cats and dogs are now cat's and dog's.......... ??????? Then there is the ghettospeak that has turned seven words into one. "Nomasane" has replaced "Do you know what I am saying?" The one I do get a kick out of is listening to Americans pronounce "Jaguar".

I sent you a message pointing out that road tests of the Caddy V-Series shows those ATXs are faster than those MTXs and the engines are similar to what the ZL1 will have. Good use of the language may, in fact, BE weird for you.....
