I play it. It's not the worst installment in the franchise, but it's not great. I find myself working more on unlocks than I have in the previous games. The combination of the specialist challenges and the camo unlocks is the only thing that keeps me playing TBH. I don't play the zombies thing, so I have no opinion on that aspect of the game. The main points that I notice about this game..

Quickscoping is almost non-existent, along with virtually any practical use for most of the sniper rifles

SMG's > ALL. Not that there aren't other great guns, but in very few situations will you feel like it's not advantageous to have an SMG.

Kill streak emphasis is not really there. Not a lot of spamming unless you play objective based modes. Rarely do I see people in the lobby with the KD necessary to get any big ones. I use the care package for that reason, and I see a lot of other players use it too.

Specialist abilities are not really overpowered (which is great), but some of the abilities are terribly designed. Tempest and rejack are easily my least favorites. Tempest (weapon) has a delay before it fires and turns me into cannon fodder on HC TDM, and rejack gives a big green puff of smoke before you pop up in the same spot. Very easy to kill someone who just resurrected.

Wall running and thrusters make it feel like playing a Titanfall pilot.

I respawn in front of enemy players more often than I would like (feels like BLOPS 2 at times).

The "10 item loadout" thing drives me crazy... again.

The current maps are ok. Not too big, not too small. Lots of paths to get from one side to the other.

I've never been an awesome CoD player, but I do much worse in this version. Looking at the average KD ratios in the lobby, it looks like so do others. I generally keep a 1.5, and I've been struggling to stay above 1 this time around. I don't often see people with more than about 1.7 or 1.8 tops. Under 1 is very common. I think the maps are too fast for anything much more. Could be something else.

Devil's Advocate from a non-CoD player (at least since MW3): the closer the collective K/D ratio is to 1, the more balanced the game.

It is much better than Advanced Warfare! I've played plenty of COD games but advanced warfare was the only one I've ever wanted to throw out the window lol. What's your gt?

I agree. I wasn't stating it as a bad thing... just a thing I noticed. I don't know what it is specifically about the game that seems to be making this change.

I missed AW, but I put my Ghosts disc in the microwave for a few seconds. I hated that one so much.
