I’m full bolt ons, cam, 3200 stall, 3.91 gears and I run 17” Mickey Thompson ET Street R in 305’s and they hook super well, I’m very happy with them

I think the M/T 305/45/17 work better than the MH tires. I have had both and the MH's spin as bad as the NT05R Nitto Drs.
My rating for a car making more than stock power, let's say 500 at the crank: MT DR, Hoosier DR, Hoosier slick-----A Nitto NT05R, MH DRs-----B Nitto 555R-----C

Is it best with 26 or 28"? With the smaller tire, arent you supposed to go faster, similar to changing a gear?
My wheels are on order too in 17"

Tire diameter does effect final drive ratio. I wanted to stay 28" I have the M&H Racemaster 325/45/17s Went 1.401 60 ft..... I noticed they liked more of a burnout than my MTs 20s. This has me curious now about trying MT 17s
