Video tribute to the last 4th gens....
....I had this video made for the Camaro/Firebird Gathering at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green KY -- in September of 2002.
My eyes still 'leak' everytime I watch it......... http://videos.camaroz28.com/search/f...6e01673aef.htm |

My '99 Z28 will remain as well. Right next to the '10SS in the driveway.

Very sad. How about cheering us up with a new tribute for the 5th generation?

I had not seen this video before and I was very moved when I watched it
You are clearly having one of those "reflective" days and thank heavens you can now look with some satisfaction at how the new camaro is taking off - but I really do understand the sadness which comes from seeing a good team of people drift off at the end of an era I am in the US now after my team's mission was eliminated after many years in the UK - and I had to go through the experience of winding down the team and watching as a once bustling area of activity became an empty shell - and I really empathized with the 4th gen team as I saw the same happen on this video. Here's wishing for many many years of Camaro production at Oshawa.

Still the worst decision GM ever made. Killing the Camaro & Firebird took the life out of the Chevy & Pontiac dealerships. Thankfully heaven couldn't handle the noise & sent the Camaro back to us in the amazing form of the 2010.

Yeah, I have to agree with that. I used to love going to the Chevy dealership and drooling over the Camaro's, nobody with a brain would have killed that car. The corvette is great but out of reach for me and not practical enough. I don't get why that was so hard for GM to figure out that the F-cars really drew people to the showrooms. Oh well, at least they got it right now.
