2014 2SS Camaro A/C Heat knob

I have had my Camaro for almost two years now. About a year ago after starting my car, (I don't remember if I used the remote start) the A/C knob would turn however the A/C fan would not turn on. I would turn the knob back and forth a few times and the A/C would start up. The dealer checked it out they could not find any problem with the car. Just a few days ago (and I don't remember if I had Remote started) the heater would not turn off, the fan was on full blast. I was stopped at a red light, turned the car off maybe one minute started back up the fan was still running at full blast. I tried turning the knob back and forth it would not turn off. I parked the car about 4 hours later the Heat was working normal.
Is anyone having this problem? Any clue as to why its doing this? My email is amaynard2105@gmail.com
Thanks
Andre

I've suffering of a similar issue.
No control over flow, nor temperature. It's just stuck at the maximum temperature.

I noticed that when I turned it off, I could hear a strange ticking noise from behind the dashboard, like one of them cheap, plastic, battery powered wall mounted clocks with a bouncy hour indicator (Oddly specific, ey? :-D). Even the interval between those clicks was roughly 2 seconds.
I've recorded the sound as it wouldn't stop. Even with the key out of the ignition it would simply continue.
To avoid anything wearing out while not using it I've completely unplugged the car from the battery. As I live in Holland and there's no place I can really go with my Camaro I didn't want to risk any permanent damage.

Does anyone have a clue what this could be?

I'm driving a 2011 RS, V6.

Thanks in advance!

Ha! Leaving it +/- 22 hours with the battery (in the trunk) completely disconnected solved my problem.
Simply turning the car off and on wasn't doing the trick, but the battery thing did!

So, the funky sounds I heard originated in the software.
I'll leave the video with the sound up for future reference.

Just had this issue this AM.

2010 Camaro SS A6. Only 37,000 miles on it and been garage kept!

Can’t get heat nor a blend of heat and the vents won’t change.

Anyone know the TSB # and if they’ll still cover the issue under TSB?

I have a similar issue with my 2010 with 66,000 miles on it.
HVAC stuck on windshield defrost regardless of the position I set it to. I can control the temperature, but the AC will not cycle on.
TSB??
